Prerequisites
Before configuring the Netskope Reverse Proxy, ensure that a working Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) integration with the Egnyte application is already set up.
Configuring Netskope SAML Reverse Proxy
Creating a SAML Application in Netskope

Log in to your Netskope tenant.

Navigate to Settings > Security Cloud Platform > Reverse Proxy > SAML.

Create a new SAML application for the Egnyte app using the following values:

Testing the Integration
- Open a browser and initiate an Egnyte login.
- Authentication should be redirected through the Netskope SAML Proxy, ensuring that traffic is routed through the reverse proxy.
- Confirm successful authentication and access to Egnyte.
Troubleshooting
- Ensure that the Okta SSO integration with Egnyte is correctly configured before enabling the Netskope proxy.
- Verify that the Netskope SAML Proxy ACS URL is correctly set in Okta.
- Check that the correct certificate is used for each configuration step.
- If authentication fails, inspect the Netskope logs for errors.
