You can specify the number of log in attempts that can be allowed before the admin user is locked out of the UI. The default setting allows up to 5 failed login attempts.
To set log in attempts:
- To change the default go to Settings > Administration > Admins.
- On the top right-hand side, click the Tools icon to modify the allowed number of log in attempts.
- Click Save.
