3rd Party Apps are categorized by risk levels based on their risk scores. Following is the list of supported SaaS app that provide visibility into 3rd Party Apps and risk profiling of these apps:

– For Salesforce, Netskope SSPM only provides visibility to custom apps developed within Salesforce. 3rd Party Apps installed from the Salesforce App Exchange Store are neither visible nor scored.
– For Google Workspace, Netskope provides visibility into and risk profiling of user accessible 3rd Party Apps only. The Google Workspace apps will be available to post the first polling interval after the instance is created.
– For ServiceNow, risk profiling of 3rd party apps is currently not supported.
