Overview
Netskope DSPM (also known as Netskope One DSPM) allows you to quickly generate and download comprehensive PDF reports directly to your computer. You can choose from three different report types to suit your audience:
- Data Security & Governance Report
- Risk Summary Report
- Executive Detail Report
To streamline the reporting experience and ensure you always access the most real-time data, the automated report scheduling feature was retired in release DSPM 12.1.0. You can now easily generate any report on-demand whenever you need it.
Generate a Report
To immediately create and download a report, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Netskope DSPM console.
- In the left navigation menu, go to Reports.
- Click Generate Report in the upper-left corner.
- Select the type of report you want to download.
The system will instantly create the PDF file, download it to your local machine, and record the action in the Report Log.
Review the Report Log
The Report Log tab provides a complete historical record of all your reports. It displays the exact time and date each report was created. This includes reports you generate manually using the Generate Report button, as well as any legacy reports previously generated by scheduled email cadences.
