View Application Risk Exchange Configured Plugins

The user can view the list of configured plugins and the status.

Role required: Admin or Read only

  1. Go to Application Risk Exchange > Plugins in the left nav panel.

  2. The list of configured plugins is displayed under the section “Configured Plugins”. Each plugin configuration is displayed as a card. There can be multiple plugin configurations for each vendor, each performing a task (fetching application event and data from netskope tenant, filtering, sharing applications) a different way to the same or different vendor systems. The following details are displayed on each card:

    1. Netskope Plugins:

      1. Logo of the plugin vendor.

      2. Name: the configuration name provided while configuring that plug-in.

      3. Plugin Status: Enabled or Disabled. If it is actively polling, the word “running” will be shown next to the arrow.

      4. Sync Interval - The interval between polls by ARE of the plugged-in system. All plugins sync every 30 minutes.

      5. Synced At - The last time the plugin configuration was successfully executed. ‘NA’ is displayed before the first ARE poll using that particular plug-in.

    2. Non-Netskope Plugins:

      1. Logo of the plugin vendor.

      2. Name: the configuration name provided while configuring that plug-in.

      3. Plugin Status: Enabled or Disabled. If it is actively polling, the word “running” will be shown next to the arrow.
