Viewing AI Guardrails Alerts

When users violate your AI guardrails policy while using Gen AI apps, Netskope triggers an alert in Skope IT where you can investigate these events.

To view AI guardrails events:

1. Go to Skope IT > Alerts.

2. Choose a time frame.

3. Click + Add Filter, and then click any of the following filters to see AI guardrails related alerts:

   • Alert Type: Select AI Security.

     

   • Alert Name: Enter AI Security.

     

   • AI Guardrails Profile: Select to view alerts associated with a specific AI guardrails policy.

   • AI Guardrails Category: Select to view alerts for particular AI guardrails category.

     • Crimes

     • Hate Speech and Discrimination

     • Piracy and Copyright

     • Prompt Injection and Jailbreaking

     • Requests for Sensitive Data

     • Sex-Related Crimes and Content

     • Suicide and Self-Harm

     • Weapons

   

   Click Apply. The Skope IT Alerts table refreshes with the results.
