The Netskope Client monitors and transmits the status of the Secure Access tunnel as a status element included with each Client status event message. For NPA Client status information, go here. Also, the npa_status field on the Devices page of the Netskope tenant will contain one of the following values:
Enabled: Represents NPA tunnel is connected.
Disabled: Tunnel may be disabled by the user or the admin, or the tunnel is disconnected.
Errored: NPA tunnel is disconnected due to error.
