Description du service
AI Red Teaming provides vulnerability assessments to secure LLMs pre-deployment and identify production drifts to meet compliance and ensure quality continuity.
Definitions and Unit of Measure
A Test is a collection of one or more Probes initiated by the customer to identify production drifts, compliance gaps, or security vulnerabilities.
A Probe is a single prompt submitted by Netskope’s AI Red Teaming as part of Test as part of an adversarial attack against a target LLM.
Units of Measure
The unit of measure is a single Probe. Each individual prompt generated by the Service counts as one (1) Probe against the licensed entitlement.
Entitlement
Subscription Period: As set forth in a customer’s Order.
Licensing Model: Each Subscription Unit entitles the customer to a fixed number of Probes per calendar month as defined in a customer’s Order. The customer can initiate Tests as long as customer remains within Probe entitlement.
Tenant Isolation: Probe entitlements must be assigned to a specific tenant and cannot be shared across customer’s other tenants. customers operating multiple tenants must license a separate Subscription for each tenant.
Non-Rollover: Any unused Probe allocations at the end of the calendar month do not roll over to the subsequent period.
Usage Monitoring
Usage Monitoring: customers may monitor their Probe consumption and remaining monthly quota directly within the Netskope UI. customers can see the estimated number of Probes required for a Test and the remaining available quota before a Test is initiated.
Measurement and Enforcement
Measurement Methodology: Netskope measures the cumulative number of Probes initiated during Test(s) over a calendar month.
Overage Notification: Netskope will monitor the customer’s actual usage and notify the customer when the number of Probe volumes exceeds the licensed quantity.
Service Limitations: When the actual number of Probes consumes all of the licensed quantity, Netskope will cease the execution of new Tests. Full Service functionality will resume only when:
- The customer purchases additional Probe capacity.
- The Probe entitlement resets on the first day of the next month.
Overage Remediation: If the customer requires additional Probes beyond the licensed entitlement, the customer must license additional capacity to ensure continuity of service. Probes may be licensed in packs of fixed minimum quantities.
Customer Records: The customer may be required to provide written information or confirmation of the number of Tests performed upon reasonable request by Netskope.
