The Objects with Violations page displays a list of objects with DLP violations.

Vous pouvez actualiser la page en cliquant sur l'icône d'actualisation à côté du nom de l'instance de l'application.
La page Objets avec violations affiche un tableau avec les champs suivants :
- Nom de l'objet : Identifiant unique de l'objet ServiceNow. Ces données proviennent de ServiceNow.
- Owner: Name of the ServiceNow object.
- Type d'objet : Type d'objet ServiceNow. Il peut s'agir d'un incident ou d'un problème.
- Policies Hit: Name of the API Data Protection policy that triggered a violation.
- Last Edited: Time stamp of the violation.
- View in ServiceNow: Opens a link to the ServiceNow incident.
The Objects with Violations page allows you to search for specific post using filters. To use the search filters, click + Add Filter to apply one or more of these filters:
- Propriétaire : Filtre basé sur le propriétaire de l'objet ServiceNow.
- Object ID: Filter based on the ServiceNow object ID.
- Violations In: Filter violations based on a field or attachment.
- Profil DLP (Prévention des pertes de données) : Filtrez les objets ServiceNow qui peuvent contenir des informations critiques telles que PCI, PII, PHI, ou tout profil DLP (Prévention des pertes de données).
Based on the filter used, a list of objects is displayed in the table. To view complete details about a object, click on an item to open the Object Details summary.
La page Objets avec Infractions permet également d’exporter le contenu du tableau. Cliquez Export pour télécharger un fichier de tableur. Dans la fenêtre Export , vous pouvez sélectionner les lignes, nommer le fichier d’exportation, puis cliquer sur EXPORT.
