Netskope utilizes the Microsoft Graph API for Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint sites. The new API reduces the number of API calls Netskope makes to Microsoft Office 365 resulting in better overall performance, quicker reporting, and lower impact of API rate limits.
Existing customers can utilize the new API by re-granting their Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint sites app in the Netskope UI. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Connectez-vous à l’interface utilisateur du tenant Netskope : https://<tenant-URL<tenant-URL> Settings > Configure App Access > Classic > SaaS> puis naviguez vers.
- Cliquez sur l'icône Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Sites.
The UI displays a list of existing app instances.
- Click Grant Access for the relevant app instance.
- After clicking Grant Access, you will be prompted to log in with your global administrator username and password.
- Microsoft affiche une liste des autorisations que l’utilisateur est censé accorder. Cliquez Accept.
