Googleは、さまざまな監査カテゴリにおける変更の監査ログをサポートしています。これには、 Netskopeが Skope IT イベントを作成するために使用できる十分な情報が含まれています。 監査カテゴリは、Googleアカウントの種類に基づいています。Googleアカウントには2種類あります。
- 無制限: ストレージ容量が無制限の Google アカウントをお持ちの場合は、エンタープライズベースのアンケートが です。 Skope ITでは、以下の監査イベントが表示されます。
- Googleドライブのイベント：ユーザーや管理者が自分のファイルに対して行ったアクティビティ（ファイルの作成、編集、共有、削除など）。
- 管理コンソールイベント：管理者によって実行されるアクティビティ（設定の変更、新しいユーザーロールの追加など）。
- ログインイベント：ログイン成功、ログイン失敗、ログアウトの3つのアクティビティが記録されます。
- 認証トークンイベント：この監査カテゴリは、アプリのインストールに特有のものです。アプリのインストールとアプリの削除という2つのアクティビティが記録されます。
- カレンダーイベント：イベントの作成、変更、削除、イベントへのゲストユーザーの追加または削除などのイベントが記録されます。
- 制限あり: ストレージ容量に制限のある Google アカウントをお持ちの場合は、ユーザーベースのアンケートが です。 Google Driveのイベントを除き、無制限アカウントに登録されているすべてのイベントはSkope ITで確認できます。
注記
ストレージ容量に制限のあるアカウントをご利用の場合、Skope IT ではファイルのアップロード、ダウンロード、表示、編集、共有のアクティビティは表示されません。
