The following is a list of Digital Experience Management (DEM) releases for the month of August 2025:
Site Based Alerting
Three new alert types have been introduced to generate notifications for the following scenarios:
- Site-to-POP Performance: Notifications will be triggered when the aggregate latency measured between designated “Sites” and Netskope POPs exceeds a configured threshold for a specified duration.
- Site-to-Application Performance: Notifications will be generated based on the aggregate latency (time to first byte) measured from defined “Sites” to applications, should this measurement breach a configured threshold for a set duration.
- Site-to-Application Availability: Notifications will be issued when the aggregate availability percentage measured for defined “Sites” to applications falls below a configured threshold for a set duration.
Bulk Import/Export of Sites and Gateways
A new bulk import and export feature within the DEM settings UI facilitates the streamlined management of sites and gateway objects. This feature includes the following:
- Large quantities of sites and/or gateways can be readily imported in CSV, JSON, or YAML formats.
- Extensive numbers of sites and/or gateways can be effortlessly exported into CSV, JSON, or YAML formats.
- Modifications to exported lists of sites and/or gateways can be undertaken, with subsequent reimportation confidently executed through the native “compare” feature, which enables verification of impending changes prior to overwriting.
Enhancements to Traceroute Visualization and Accuracy
The Traceroute feature has been improved with a variety of enhancements. This release includes the following enhancements:
- Traceroute visuals have been updated for a clearer user experience.
- Shift + Scroll now zooms in/out on traceroute diagrams.
- Traceroute paths and latency are now derived from backend APIs for improved accuracy.
