The following is a list of Digital Experience Management (DEM) releases for the month of August 2026:
Browser Extension Invitation Emails Fixed for Case-Mismatched User Groups
Fixed an issue where users added to the browser extension policy via a directory-synced user group or organization unit did not receive invitation emails if the group or OU name’s casing differed from what was configured in the policy filter.
Browser Extension Details Table Improvement
Fixed an issue where processing-time breakdown bars in the Browser Extension detail tables displayed incorrect widths. The bars now accurately represent each timing segment.
Aggregated Traceroute Latency Fix
Fixed an issue with DEM hop‑by‑hop traceroute so aggregated latency now correctly matches node tooltips and the underlay time‑series chart.
Device Contribution Score Improvement
The CPU utilization metrics contribution to the Device Contribution Score of the DEM User Experience Score have been adjusted to address a bug. This results in improvements regarding accuracy of the Device Contribution Score of the DEM User Experience Score used and presented in the User Details and Insights sections of the Netskope DEM tenant. Historical scores will be adjusted in kind for the 30 days of data retention.
Network Path Latency Widget
Renamed the last pane label from Destination to App in the Underlay (Hop by Hop) traceroute widget to accurately reflect that it shows Application RTT metrics, not traceroute hop data.
