The following is a list of Digital Experience Management (DEM) releases for the month of June 2026:
Aggregated Traceroute
Aggregated Traceroute gives administrators a unified view of the network path between a user’s device and the Netskope cloud across time. Unlike a traditional traceroute that captures a single instant, this feature aggregates probe data over a selected time window so you can see how the path and its latency evolved, identify which hops are consistently problematic, and correlate network issues with user location.
The feature introduces three interconnected views that work together to streamline network troubleshooting:
- End-to-End Underlay Latency — time-series chart of round-trip time from client to POP
- Hop-by-Hop Path View — aggregated network graph showing every hop, link latency, and probe distribution
- Time Slider with Location Awareness — a contextual filter that ties network behavior to where the user was

DEM User Details: Zoom In on Collapsed Sections
Previously, using the zoom in feature on the User Details page did not expand collapsed sections, leaving content invisible. This has been resolved and the zoom in feature now correctly expands and renders all sections regardless of their collapsed state.
