The following is a list of Digital Experience Management (DEM) releases for the month of March 2026:
DEM Data Intelligence Agent: Generative AI for DEM
We’re excited to share significant enhancements to Netskope One Digital Experience Management. This release introduces the DEM Data Intelligence Agent, which integrates Large Language Models (LLMs) with DEM data to transform granular telemetry and raw metrics into actionable insights accessed via natural language in an easy to use conversational interface. These capabilities help admins troubleshoot faster and allow for deeper contextuality in follow-ups. The enhanced intelligence that these new features unlock provides admins with smarter insights and reduces time-to-task by summarizing complex data into high-accuracy actionable insights.
What’s new:
- Conversational Data Discovery: Enable faster troubleshooting by allowing admins to ask direct questions in natural language to uncover insights like underperforming ISPs, degraded user experiences, and latency issues.
- Assisted Root Cause Analysis: Analyze network data in real-time to detect anomalies and automatically identify the root causes of network and performance problems.
- Maintenance Forecasting: Learn patterns to predict future network demands, node failures, and throughput needs, enabling proactive maintenance and efficient resource allocation.
- Executive Summary: Generate concise, high-level summaries of complex performance data for executive stakeholders, highlighting critical trends and key issues without requiring manual data interpretation.
DEM Insights
The new Insights page provides a unified, 360-degree view of the digital health of your entire organization. It allows administrators to monitor the performance of users, sites, applications, and infrastructure from a single, centralized dashboard. By leveraging performance telemetry from the Netskope Client, the Insights page helps you quickly determine if a performance impairment is localized to a user’s device, their Wi-Fi signal, a specific ISP, or the application itself.
Key capabilities of the Insights page include:
- Global Insights Map: A geographic visualization of your environment that can be toggled between Users and Sites. The map uses color-coded indicators to represent health status, allowing you to isolate regional performance dips at a glance.
- Comprehensive Filtering: Refine your view using the Filter Menu to drill down by:
- Time: View data ranges from the last hour to several days.
- User Group/OU: Identify if performance issues are systemic to specific departments or organizational units.
- Applications: Isolate performance metrics for specific monitored SaaS or Private apps.
- Site: Focus on specific office locations or branch environments.
- Targeted Performance Metrics: The dashboard includes dedicated widgets to pinpoint common bottlenecks:
- Devices with Performance Issues: Tracks hardware health by monitoring CPU and memory overutilization.
- Wi-Fi Networks with Poor Signal: Identifies users struggling with weak or unstable wireless connections.
- ISPs with Highest Latencies: Ranks Internet Service Providers based on round-trip time (RTT) to help differentiate between local connectivity issues and broader provider outages.
- RBAC Support: The Insights page is fully integrated with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Ensure your administrator roles have the appropriate permissions enabled under Settings > Administration > Roles within the Digital Experience Management section.
DEM Alerts – Additional TTFB Options
Currently when configuring a site based application performance alert, users are limited to the TTFB times. We have added the following new options for selection: 2000ms, 2500ms, 3000ms, 3500ms, 4000ms to the TTFB times
DEM Site-based Alerts: Increased Site Selection Limit
The site selection limit for all DEM site-based alert configurations has increased from 10 to 100 sites.
DEM Alerts – Email Verification Failure
We have resolved an issue that previously hindered the successful completion of DEM alert email verification. Email verification for alert notifications is now functioning reliably, ensuring customers can confirm their email recipients without encountering errors.
DEM Tenant Overview “Client Versions In Use” Widget Update
The DEM Tenant Overview “Client Versions In Use” widget has been updated to use distinct device counts instead of session counts, so the numbers now better reflect the customer’s actual endpoint fleet.
DEM Enterprise API Availability (BETA)
We are launching the initial suite of Digital Experience Management (DEM) enterprise APIs in BETA to allow customers programmatic access to critical DEM data for integration into their proprietary workflows and tools. This release prioritizes the readiness and external availability of the most vital endpoints, enabling early adopters to commence integrating DEM metrics into their existing systems. These APIs are engineered to support enterprise-level environments, thereby assisting operations teams in monitoring digital experience with greater efficiency.
DEM Alerts – More Flexible User Experience Score Alert Conditions
DEM User Experience Score alerts now support additional configuration options for score, number of impacted users, and time duration, giving admins more precise control over when alerts are triggered. This added flexibility helps customers tune alerts to their environment so they can detect user experience issues earlier and reduce alert noise.
