The following is a list of Digital Experience Management (DEM) releases for the month of October 2026:
DEM Dashboard Export
We are introducing on-demand PDF and CSV export capabilities for Digital Experience Management (DEM) dashboards to simplify reporting and troubleshooting workflows.
What’s New
- Page-level PDF:Generate a PDF snapshot of any DEM dashboard and its associated data views.
- CSV data export: Export underlying datasets for supported dashboard pages or individual widgets. Page-level exports are downloaded as a ZIP file containing a separate CSV for each supported widget.
- Coverage: Export is supported across all major DEM views, including Insights, User Overview and Details, Sites and Applications Overviews, Alerts, Advanced Wi-Fi Diagnostics, and other dashboards.
Advanced Wi-Fi Diagnostics
DEM now includes Advanced Wi-Fi Diagnostics, giving admins the ability to identify user experience degradation caused by wireless connectivity, across both site and remote environments. This feature is available starting October 6, 2026.
What’s New
- Wi-Fi telemetry beyond signal strength (SSID, BSSID, MAC, channel, frequency, noise, RSSI, Tx rate, PHY mode, security) for Mac and Windows.
- Advanced Wi-Fi dashboards for sites and remote users.
- Auto-detection of common Wi-Fi issues, like frequent disconnects, poor gateway connectivity, poor signal strength, bad roams, and more.
- Potential Sites, which show automatic site detection from user cohorts on shared networks.
- Two new DEM Insights widgets surfacing the worst-performing sites and users for Wi-Fi.
