UI Deployments
Enhanced the DEM User Details page with explanatory tooltips and documentation links for missing contribution scores (Network, Device, SaaS App, Private App) and incomplete traceroutes.
Transit Time Metric Fix
Previously, the Transit Time metric, which represents the round-trip time for DEM synthetic application probes to traverse the Netskope POP incorrectly, included TCP connection and TLS negotiation time to the target server. This caused DEM to report inflated Netskope processing times, giving administrators a misleading picture of the latency Netskope introduced. This issue has been fixed.
Enterprise Station Network Probe IPv6 Name Resolution Fix
Versions 2605.2.0, 2606.6.0, and 2607.10.0 of the Netskope DEM Enterprise Station are impacted by an issue where target hostnames for network probes where IPv6 AAAA DNS records are returned failed to execute.
This issue has been fixed in version 2607.37.0 of the Netskope DEM Enterprise Station. Enterprise stations deployed using the automated script will automatically be updated to the fixed version 2607.37.0. Enterprise stations deployed using the docker compose method will need to be automatically updated using the new container image here.
