Reports (New Experience) Interface
Reports (New Experience) Interface
This section describes the primary components in the Enhanced Reports interface.
The Enhanced Reports interface allows you to:
– Build reports from the Netskope library
– Schedule and share reports
– Export reports
Reports are collections of one or more saved widgets/reports.
You may come across some new terminology while using Enhanced Reports that differs slightly from the Classic Reports. Use the table below as reference.
ITEM | DESCRIPTION |
---|---|
Dashboard / Report | A collection of one or more saved reports, displayed as visualization or text tiles together on one page. |
Widget | Widgets are a visual representation of a report that you add to a dashboard. |
Visualization | Visualizations are different types of graphics and charts that best show off your data. You create graphics and charts based on the results of a report. |
Personal folder | A collection of our personal reports of which you only have access. |
Group folder | This is your group's folder. All users in your organization can access the items saved here. |
Favorite Folder | Admins can ‘favorite’ a dashboard; dashboards added as a 'favorite' are marked with a star icon. All dashboards (including those in the Netskope Library) can be added as a ‘favorite’. This enables you to organize and quickly locate frequently accessed dashboards. The favorite dashboards appear in the Favorite folder. |
Scheduled Folder | Users can schedule Personal, Group, or Netskope Library dashboards as well as widgets to send to recipients at a specific date and time. The scheduled reports appear in the Scheduled folder. |
Netskope Library folder | A collection of most frequently requested dashboards. Use the items in this library to get started. You cannot edit them, but you can copy them to your own folder. |
To open the Enhanced Reports interface, click Enhanced Reports in the Netskope admin console. The first time you access reports, you will see the following screen.
