User Details Page
The User Details pages provide you with comprehensive information about each observed user. These pages contain information about the selected user, their devices, applications, and metrics.

User Details Page Filter Menu
The filter menu allows you to customize the displayed user details. You can use the filter menu to refine the user activity displayed on the page by selecting from the following filters:
- Time: Select the time range to display the performance metrics in the time duration.
- Add Filter
- User Location: Filter the selected user by location.
User Section
The User section provides a quick view of a selected user’s key details.The user section provides you with the following information on the selected user:
- User: The currently selected user.
- User Confidence Score: A link to the current confidence score for the selected user.
- Organizational Unit: The current OU for the selected user.
- User Group: The current group or groups a user belongs to.
- Last Known User Location: The last known geographical location for the selected user.
Devices Section
The Devices section of the User Details page provides a comprehensive overview of a user’s selected device, displaying an overview of important technical specifications and status information. The devices section provides you with the following categories of information about the device of the selected user:
- Device Details
- Connectivity Details
- Monitored Applications
- SaaS Applications
- Private Applications
Device Details
The Device Details section provides the following information:
- OS Version: The selected device’s operating system.
- Model: The model of the device.
- Device Classification: The currently selected device’s Device Classification status.
- CPU: The currently selected device’s computer processor.
- Memory: The currently selected device’s memory size.
- Last Device Activity Seen: The last activity seen on the device.
- Last Known User Location: The last known geographical location for the currently selected device.
- Public IP: The currently selected device’s public IP address.
- Private IP: The currently selected device’s private IP address.
- Last Seen Client Status: The currently selected device’s last known Client Status.
- Last Seen Location: The last seen geographic location of the user’s selected device.
- Client Version: The currently selected device’s Netskope Client version.
- Last Seen Client Status: The last seen client status.
Connectivity Details
The Connectivity Details section provides a summary of a user’s recent activity on both SaaS and private applications. It shows when they were last active and the specific POP they connected through. The Connectivity Details section provides you with the following information:
- SaaS Applications
- Last Activity Seen: The last time when a user was seen using a Pre-defined application.
- Last Connected POP: The last POP that a user was connected to.
- Private Applications
- Last Activity Seen: The last activity of a user to any monitored Private Application Hosts.
- Last Connected POP: The last POP that a user was connected to while accessing a monitored Private Application Host.
Monitored Applications Section

The Monitored applications section provides a list of all of the monitored applications that have been accessed by the selected user within the selected time range. Synthetically monitored applications will show up if DEM was able to measure the performance in the selected time window.
To view all applications that you have configured for monitoring, please click the settings link. This link will take you to the Settings page where you can view a list of all your monitored applications in DEM.
The Monitored Applications section shows a list of monitored applications used by the user in the selected time window. The following types of applications are shown:
- SaaS Applications: SaaS applications shows the list of monitored SaaS applications that were used by the user.
- Private Applications: Private applications shows the list of monitored private application hosts if they were used by the user in the selected time window.
Application Cards

The application cards represent the monitored applications that are used on the device of the selected monitored user. Each application card displays the application name and application experience score. To learn more, please see Experience Scores. You can select an application card to view application metrics for that application. To learn more, please see Application Metrics.
To View Application Metrics
To view metrics for a specific application do the following:
- Click the Select button by hovering over the application card.
- The following application metrics will be displayed:
- View Experience Score Per App: This view will be filtered to only show the experience score trend for the selected application. Please note that the cumulative experience score will be disabled when you select an app.
- Network Path Latency – Underlay: This metric shows POP to Application latency.
- End-to-End Metrics under Metric Details: SaaS/Custom Application tab.
- Application Metrics: The SaaS/Custom Application tab.
