Proactive Digital Experience Management (P-DEM) Enterprise is the ultimate Netskope DEM solution that allows customers to gain insight into the performance of SaaS and private applications for any kind of traffic being steered.

It provides all of the telemetry and tool sets needed to troubleshoot any kind of performance degradation and clearly distinguish between devices, first and last mile connectivity, Netskope processing, and applications performance.

P-DEM Enterprise includes all of the capabilities of its P-DEM Standard and P-DEM Professional counterparts, as well as the following additional capabilities:

  • Extended scope of monitoring by covering sites that use IPSec or GRE tunnels as primary steering methods.
    This is done through the deployment of “Netskope Enterprise Stations” on corporate sites that do not only rely on the NSClients to actively steer the traffic to Netskope cloud.
  • Add telemetry arsenal by introducing “App Probes” synthetic testing.
    App Probes allow you to check the availability and performance of SaaS applications by generating synthetic transactions. 
New capabilities are available from the new “Advanced Diagnostics” menu.

Prerequisites

The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the required Netskope Client implemented to meet the planned activation date for P-DEM. The Netskope Client versions listed below are required for P-DEM Enterprise subscriptions:

  • Windows Users: Must have Netskope Client Version 118 or later.
  • Macintosh Users: Requires Netskope Client Version 118 or later.
