Get a One-Time Password
In the event that Netskope Support requires low-level access to your system, a challenge/response one-time password will be used. To generate the access token, please use the generate access-token command and send the output to Netskope Support.
To generate a token and get a one-time password:
- In a CLI window, go into OP mode and enter the command
generate access-token, which returns:Your one time shell access password will be generated once you handover the token to Netskope Support Token = N15014LE0001:iEqjSazXsXApr7
- Copy the complete token string and send it to Netskope Support.
