View 3rd Party Apps

SaaS Security Posture Management provides a summary of 3rd Party Apps connection to SaaS apps. The 3rd Party Apps page provides a detailed summary of all the connected apps. To view the 3rd Party Apps page, log in to your Netskope tenant and navigate to API-enabled Protection > Security Posture SaaS > 3rd Party Apps.

This feature is currently in beta availability. Contact your sales representative or Netskope support team to learn more about the feature.

In the metrics section, you will see the following details:

  • 3rd Party Apps – shows the number of 3rd Party apps with critical risk score to number of 3rd Party apps. You can see the 3rd Party apps percentage change between today and last week’s data.

  • Connected Apps – shows the number of SaaS apps connected with 3rd Party apps.

    This page provides an aggregated list of all the 3rd Party apps with the following details:

    • 3rd Party App – shows the name of the 3rd Party app. You can click on the name to see the approval details, verification details, and permission and scope requested.

    • App Connected to – shows the name of the connected SaaS app.

    • Instance Name – shows the name of the SaaS app instance which the 3rd Party app belongs to.

    • Risk Level – shows the risk level of the 3rd Party app. See Risk Levels document to know more.

    • Risk Score – shows the risk score of the 3rd Party app. See Risk Levels document to know more.

    • Verification Status – shows the verification status of the 3rd Party app.

    • Click on the three dots to update the verification status. You can change the verification status to:

      • Review Pending – Not reviewed yet

      • Review in Progress – Reviewing the request

      • Approved – Approved the request

      • Needs to be Removed – Request to remove the 3rd Party app

      • Risk Accepted – Approved and accept high risks

      • Re-review Pending – Netskope auto switches the status to re-review pending because of updates in App permissions and associated risk levels.

You can filter the results using the parameters and also export the summary in a CSV file using the Export button. Click on the table title to sort the columns in ascending or descending order.
